Hey there! I’m Jen Miller, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a passion for integrative psychiatry. If you’re looking for someone who’s been through the trenches and come out the other side, you’re in the right place.

A decade ago, I hit a wall—hard. I was running on empty, feeling stuck, and honestly, just plain tired of chasing my own tail. I did everything “by the book,” but nothing clicked. That wasn’t the life I wanted for myself or my family. So, I decided to get answers.

Enter: functional medicine. I dove deep into the science of hormones, gut health, nutrition, stress, immune function, and adrenal fatigue. I overhauled my diet, rediscovered the joy of moving my body, and finally started sleeping like a human again. I reconnected with the people who matter most and found a new sense of purpose. The result? I didn’t just get my health back—I found real emotional freedom.
