Freedom in health, in relationships, in work, in life...

I’m Jen Miller, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a passion for integrative psychiatry. If you’re looking for someone who’s been through the trenches and come out the other side, you’re in the right place.

A decade ago, I hit a wall—hard. I was running on empty, feeling stuck, and honestly, just plain tired of chasing my own tail. I did everything “by the book,” but nothing clicked. That wasn’t the life I wanted for myself or my family. So, I decided to get answers.

Enter: functional medicine. I dove deep into the science of hormones, gut health, nutrition, stress, immune function, and adrenal fatigue. I overhauled my diet, rediscovered the joy of moving my body, and finally started sleeping like a human again. I reconnected with the people who matter most and found a new sense of purpose. The result? I didn’t just get my health back—I found real emotional freedom.

Now, I’m on a mission to help you do the same. I’m not here to slap a band-aid on your symptoms. I want to help you dig deep, heal from the inside out, and unlock the freedom to dream big again. Your body is capable of amazing things—let’s work together to help you feel your best, inside and out.

-Jen
