Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive 75-90 minute deep dive into your clinical history, lifestyle, and goals.
Follow-up Management
25-50 minute sessions focused on medication management, therapy integration, and symptom relief.
Integrative Wellness Consultation
A strategic deep dive for diagnostic clarity or performance alignment. Includes a comprehensive written plan. Second opintions are included in this plan. 60-120 minutes plus 30 minutes for complete record review.
Insurance Policy
We are in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regence, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence, First Choice, Samaritan and United Health. Not all providers are accepting all insurances. Your rates will be determined by factors such as co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket limits. Due to federal regulations, we are not able to see anyone with Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare or any government sponsored insurance. Please contact your insurance company so you understand your cost. Our team is available for guidance.
Many of our patients are self-pay and have either health share plans or high-deductible plans. We offer detailed superbills which may be submitted for possible reimbursement.
