About Me
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me trading the office for the trails—living here in beautiful Bend, Oregon, where mountain biking, jogging, hiking, and camping keep me grounded in the rhythms of nature. In winter, I trade wheels for edges, skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, where I also volunteer as a host—a role that reminds me every day that welcoming others begins with simple presence. Before Bend, I called beautiful Arizona home and prior to that a brief year in Maui, and I still miss the feeling of paddling out to surf. These days, my greatest adventure has been watching four children grow into the young adults now making their way through college. A history of traveling to places like Vietnam and Thailand taught me that healing often happens when we stay curious, humble, and willing to listen—whether to a different culture, a mountain trail, or another person’s story.
